This is THE place to go to in Manhattan for hand pulled noodles. Although it is a chain, it is absolutely worth going to for the delicious chew on those noodles and the delicious spice and flavors. The ambience is counter service and very casual, it's a fun place to frequent for an after work dinner.

Hands down best spicy, to belt hand pulled noodles I've tried in NYC. I first tried Very Fresh Noodle at Chelsea market and was underwhelmed by lack of tingle and flavor. This place redeemed for that. Definitely lived up to the hype especially after waiting to eat it on the flight back to CA. They're also cheaper than the Very Fresh Noodle's by a few bucks. I will come back again. Thank you for keeping me well fed on our 5 hr flight. Note: interestingly enough this not having a strong smell during the flight. No karens complained yay.

I had N1 which is the lamb cumin spicy hand-pulled noodles. Outstanding. Noodles are bouncy chewy and flavorful. Yes it is very oily but it all just comes together very well. Service here is easy and straightforward. You order with their touch screen computer and they'll make it for you. Very fast and efficient. It's clean inside and everything is smooth. The price point is also very good, for New York.
